Before You Reach Out
I'm interested in vending at one of your shows. Can you give me dates? How do I apply?
We’re so glad you’re interested! Vendor applications are managed per event. The best way to be notified when applications open for upcoming shows is to join our vendor mailing list — you’ll be the first to hear about new dates, cities, and available spaces.

I represent another event and would like to invite you to participate as a vendor.
Thank you for thinking of us — we appreciate the invitation. Rock & Gem Expo is an event organizer, not a vendor. We produce our own touring shows across Ontario and are not available to participate in outside events. We also don’t distribute our vendor contact list to third parties.
Do you have shows outside of Ontario?
Not at this time. All Rock & Gem Expo events are held in Ontario. While we hope to expand in future years, our current tour is province-wide.
Subscribe to our mailing list to be notified about all upcoming shows as they’re announced — we share locations and dates there first.
Where can I find information about upcoming shows?
While we’re always planning well in advance in the background, we usually don’t announce a city until the venue is confirmed. Check our homepage for the latest event schedule, or subscribe to our mailing list to receive announcements directly in your inbox. We announce new cities and dates to our subscribers via email.
I have a general question about attending an event.
Most attendance questions — including hours, admission pricing, what to expect, and parking options — are answered on each city’s event page. Additional questions may be answered on our FAQ page.

Note: We are not accepting unsolicited proposals for website/marketing services, event planning assistance, or third-party partnerships at this time. Sponsorship inquiries are welcome, though.
